Cosycamper Covid-19 Policy
Cosycampers will take the following steps to minimise the potential risk to customers of Covid-19
- Van will be deep cleaned between every hire, including all dishes etc to be disinfected.
- A minimum of 72 hours between hires.
When you turn up to collect the van, you will receive a demo of the workings of the van. Hand sanitiser should be used before entering the van. Face coverings should be worn during the demo as it may not be possible to remain 1 metre apart at all times.
What happens if I have booked the van and I am unable to fulfil the hire due to Covid-19?
- If there is a change to government policy which means that you are unable to undertake the hire then you would be offered the chance to transfer your booking to an available date within the next 18 months. (examples of this may be if there was a local lockdown preventing travel or quarantine rules to or from the country you are travelling from). If you prefer, a refund can be arranged.
- If government policy means that the van hire could still go ahead but a holiday would be impractical, a transfer of dates or a refund can be arranged. (An example of this would be if all the pubs and restaurants where you intent to travel to are closed)
- If you are unable to undertake the hire due to you or one of your party being unwell with Covid, we have option available for refund or move of booking to a different date. Please contact us and we will assist you further with your queries.
What happens if one of my party have symptoms of Covid-19 whilst hiring the van?
- You must follow government and NHS advice on self-isolation. In this instance, please contact us to discuss returning the van in a way that would minimise transmission.
